Ingredients
1 lb of potatoes (remove skin and chop)
1/2 Cup Half-and-Half
2 cloves of Garlic
2 oz of Parmesan
Directions
- Cook potatoes
- In a small pan, heat the half-and-half and garlic. Heat for 10 minutes.
- When the potatoes are done, drain them. Add the cream and garlic mixture to the bowl.
- Add the parmesan and mash.
